Hainan FTP launches English enquiry platform

The English version of the Hainan Free Trade Port(FTP) one-stop policy enquiry platform was officially launched on Saturday in south China’s Hainan Province, coinciding with the fourth anniversary of the release of the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan FTP.

The platform offers key policy information on various aspects such as finance, taxation, trade, investment, transportation, and talent. It provides information including original policy texts, core content, supporting documents, conditions of use, application processes, policy interpretations, and application cases, making it easier for businesses and individual users to understand and apply the policies of Hainan FTP.

Additionally, it boasts a comprehensive, intelligent, and efficient policy search and query function, featuring AI-powered Q&A, tag searches, and keyword searches, all presented in a user-friendly manner.

Furthermore, the platform offers further support through a policy hotline available on the English page to cater to users with diverse language needs. This hotline, known as the Hainan FTP Global Investment Service hotline, provides consultation services in eight languages, including Chinese, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese.
