The seventh China-Arab Energy Cooperation Conference aims to boost collaboration in new opportunities brought about by the transformation in global energy. The two-day event began in China’s Hainan Province on Tuesday and wrapped up Wednesday. Let’s hear what participants from the conference had to say.

Experts at the meeting said the focus of China-Arab cooperation can gradually shift from traditional oil and gas cooperation to new energy and new industries, breaking new ground by drawing upon the advantages of both parties.

Given Hainan’s sound policy and natural environment, guests also see opportunities in tapping Hainan’s energy in a green way.
