新闻背景：海南离岛免税新政7月正式实施，据海关总署官网1日至7日数据显示，旅客累计购物6.5万人次、购物总额4.5亿元，提供免税金额6571万元、日均免税939万元，比上半年日均增长58.2%；从地区消费金额来看，浙江、上海和江苏旅客的人均购买金额在9002元到1万130元之间，位居前3高。另外，从购物旅客人次来看，购买的前3名省分则为海南占比8.1%、四川7.7%与湖南7.2%。从产品面来看，化妆品购买数量、价值都居于首位，当中购买量前3的商品为化妆品占比83.5%、香水占4.7%和首饰占1.8%；购买金额前3高的产品则化妆品占51.3%、首饰占14.1%与手表占11.9%，合计占购物总金额的77.2%。

According to Hainan Free Trade Port’s Weibo account, shoppers made a total of 65,000 purchases worth RMB450 million ($64.3 million) from July 1-7 inclusive. This has saved them a total of $9.4 million in taxes, based on customs statistics.
